By accessing or using GEORepute.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

GEORepute.ai is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) SaaS platform that helps businesses monitor, manage, and improve their brand reputation across AI-powered search engines and generative platforms.

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• AI brand visibility monitoring and reporting
• Content generation and publishing tools
• Performance tracking across social and AI platforms
• Competitor analysis and brand intelligence
• Integration with third-party platforms (Google, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

To use the Service you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. GEORepute.ai is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or engage in abusive behavior toward our team or other users.

GEORepute.ai offers subscription plans with varying features. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Free Trial: Where offered, trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• Price Changes: We will provide at least 14 days notice before changing subscription prices.
• Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which are your responsibility.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to extract data without our written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or degrades Service performance
• Impersonate any person, entity, or brand
• Spread misinformation or manipulate AI search results through deceptive means

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and algorithms — are the exclusive property of GEORepute.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create or upload. By submitting content, you grant GEORepute.ai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Content: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform, reports, or AI-generated outputs without our explicit written consent.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us to improve the Service without any obligation to compensate you.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms and APIs (e.g., Google, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Shopify). By connecting these integrations, you agree to the respective third-party terms of service.

GEORepute.ai is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services. We may lose access to third-party APIs at any time, which may affect certain features.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of third-party integrations complies with those platforms' policies. We will not be liable for account bans, penalties, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

No Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

AI Outputs: GEORepute.ai uses artificial intelligence to generate content and insights. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEORepute.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GEORepute.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against GEORepute.ai.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy following termination.
